Many dive headfirst into the sparkly world of spirituality, ritual, ceremony and self-growth without discernment.

And often, unfortunately, this leads people to experience the darker side of spirituality and the unseen forces at play. And after my own journey with intense darkness, psychic attacks and facing lot of my own shadow, I realize how important this work is. Too often, people in the spiritual community are so willing to deny that the dark exists. I know this because I was one of them and I have seen it play out over and over in many of the communities I was involved with.

During most of my journey and up until recently, I had no idea what I was getting myself into in some cases. Simply because I lacked education and just wanted to BELONG. So I turned down the dial on my intuition and overlooked the darkness that stood right in front of me. I kept denying the dark, until it pursued me with vengeance. I got a shocking initiation into the truth of what really exists and how some people really can be.

This is nothing to fear. My mission is to educate, and bring awareness to, in order for others to have safe place to be heard and not judged. I personally, found myself feeling insane, gaslight by the medical system and at a loss, until I finally found a spiritual truth and perspective on what I was experiencing.

Since that time: I feel much more aware, have way less anxious feelings, less fear, sleep better, feel over all stronger in my ability to be myself, I can spot spiritual predators like the Ghost Busters of the 80’s, I have better and more consistent boundaries, I stand up for myself rather than cower in silence, my heart is more open, and I am more aware of the love and kindness in the world too!

My approach is grounded in reality while helping you decode the unseen. I take the perspective of both psychological and spiritual, and intuitive and logical.

Okay, full confession mode here! Remember those days when our younger selves believed monsters under the bed were just bedtime stories? Yeah, I used to think the whole ‘darkness’ thing was just for Hollywood movies. Spoiler alert: life had a plot twist in store for me.

Honestly? It hurts my heart to admit this. This world isn’t all fuzzy bunnies, unicorn parades, and rainbow slides (I wish!). Nope, there are some folks and beings out there playing the villain role to a T, dabbling in the darker shades of spirituality. Imagine if those tech whizzes, the hacker types, decided to, you know, NOT break the internet and instead used their genius for epic good. That's how it feels when folks misuse their spiritual gifts. Like, why go dark when you can spread so much light, right? But the truth is, some choose darkness. BUT there is no need to feel powerless to this fact!

But hey, ever notice how the shiniest diamonds are found deep in the dark?

Sometimes, the universe decides we need a tiny detour through Shadowville to really get our glow on. Like a moth to a flame, the more our inner light flickers, the more life’s dramas try to rain on our parade.

Ever felt like you got a psychic cold? Like some invisible energy bug bit you? The first time it happened to me, I was all, “Whaaaat is this sorcery?” But whether it's a soul-sapping fatigue, freaky dreams, or that eerie feeling of being watched – it's real, and it's a bit nuts.

Now, don’t get your aura in a twist. The big universal secret about this is: knowledge is our superpower. Slip on that spiritual cape, darling! Because with the right tools and teachings, we're basically our own superheroes.
